These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website yuliaderbisheva.com (“Website”) and your purchase of digital products sold through it. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Seller information
The Website and all products sold on it are operated by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Derbisheva, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia.

2. Products
All products sold on yuliaderbisheva.com are digital goods: fonts, watercolor illustrations, vector graphics, seamless patterns, Procreate brushes, and texture overlays. Products are delivered electronically via download link sent to your email address immediately after payment confirmation.
No physical goods are shipped.
3. Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
We accept payment via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay by card directly through PayPal’s guest checkout — no account required.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, a download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us at hello@yuliaderbisheva.com and we will resend your purchase within 24 hours.
5. Refunds and returns
Because our products are digital goods delivered via immediate download, all sales are generally considered final. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Derbisheva.

6. Intellectual property and licensing
All products on yuliaderbisheva.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Yulia Derbisheva and are protected under Georgian copyright law, the Berne Convention, and international copyright treaties.
Purchase of a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to the terms of our License Agreement. No ownership or copyright is transferred to you. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense any product or its source files.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Website or any purchased products for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or redistribute any digital assets beyond the scope of your purchased license.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access to downloads. We are not liable for any incompatibility between purchased products and your software environment — please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Derbisheva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
