If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still pay by card directly through PayPal’s guest checkout — no account required.

Shipping
Digital delivery via email
Your order details and download link will be sent to your email address immediately after payment is confirmed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us and we will resend your purchase within 24 hours.

Return & Refund
Refunds for digital products delivered via immediate download are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Derbisheva.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us — we will do our best to find a solution.
While all sales on yuliaderbisheva.com are considered final, we reserve the right to issue refunds in certain circumstances. Refunds are issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
We offer refunds in the following cases:
— If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
— If you bought a product that requires specific software you do not have, and you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. In this case we can also offer an exchange for another product of equal value. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to confirm software compatibility.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
— If you no longer wish to use the product.
— If you have already downloaded the product more than once.
— If you lack the software knowledge to use the product.
